For mails and parcel collected, there is a fee of $5 to be paid by customers. For mail boxes charges is $35.00 annually.

Our mails clearance from customs department follows the same process and steps similar to the rest of other business and comapnies. Inbound and Outbound mails also used the same procedures when sending items overseas however with Tuvalu Post Ltd, Mails are securely kept in mail bags and followed the process of entering data into the system and also weigh to meet a certain number of kilos before sealed and send via plane or by boat.
